Local students should join the New Student Briefing according to the schedule below:

Location: Tsang Chan Sik Yue Auditorium (AAB201), 2/F, Academic and Administration Building, Baptist University Road Campus, Kowloon Tong (Campus map)

Please make sure that you have successfully uploaded a digital photo to University Student Card Photo Upload System on or before the deadline below when you come to HKBU for the New Student Enrolment:
For students admitted via Non-JUPAS: 3 August 2025
For students admitted via JUPAS: 8 August 2025 (12:00 noon)
Otherwise, please collect your student card according to the Student Card Collection Schedule.
Students are reminded to bring their HKID or passport for verification.
