“What’s good about studying in the MA in Communication programme at HKBU?” I would say: the programme has power-packed teaching team of world-renowned scholars and practitioners; abundant of learning opportunities such as the Pulitzer Prize Winners Workshops, the “Master Class” of the Academy of Film etc.; a wide range of student services such as personal counselling, career advising, internship and exchange programmes; and the compacted campus with comprehensive facilities. Through the studies, I learn more about myself and develop a new perspective to examine the world.
LEE Ying Tan
Alumnus of 'Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Chinese Medicine' programme, School of Chinese Medicine
Graduation Year: 2017
The pharmaceutical sciences in Chinese medicine programme has combined both theories and practices which enables students to learn the latest development in Chinese medicine and gain hands on experience in clinical diagnosis and drug prescriptions. During my studies, I was taught by experienced professors on the pharmaceutical processes and had the opportunity to witness the development and production of crude drugs. The training is so much more than becoming a specialist in Chinese medicine. You can also learn about quality assurance, drug safety assessment, production management and much more.
