Testimonial
Testimonials are issued by the Academic Registry as proof of student status at HKBU. A fee is charged for the issuance of testimonials. Normal processing time upon receipt of the completed application form is 4 working days.

You can submit your application by post (please click here for the postal address) / in person at the AR Service Counter.
Payment Methods
- In person : Payment by Alipay, BOC Pay, FPS, Octopus, MasterCard, UnionPay, Visa and WeChat Pay
- By mail : Payment by cheque made payable to "Hong Kong Baptist University"
If the application is submitted by mail, please also attach a copy of the applicant's HKID Card/Passport.
