Registration on Qualifications Register (QR) for Sub-degree Programmes

A. Submission Cycles

The following schedule outlines the timeframe for submitting new programmes and/or major changes to endorsed programmes* to the QASCs Standing Panel:

February Cycle	First week of February	April
June Cycle	First week of June	August
October Cycle	First week of October	December

To ensure timely processing, please submit your completed forms to the QASC (QF Level 4) Secretariat (aqss@hkbu.edu.hk) according to the above schedule. The lead time for completion of the whole process for uploading/updating of information on QR is normally three months.

* New sub-degree (SD) programmes and major changes to existing SD programmes should have undergone the current QA framework (for QF Level 4 programmes) and/or the devolved QA procedures of the respective Sub-degree Providing Units (SDPUs) (for QF Levels 1-3 programmes) before submission for endorsement for upload to the QR (major changes include changes to title of programme, title of qualification, reference code, QF level, area of study & training, duration/contact hours, operator, granting body, and other changes).
