
Registration on Qualifications Register (QR) for Sub-degree Programmes
A. Submission Cycles
The following schedule outlines the timeframe for submitting new programmes and/or major changes to endorsed programmes* to the QASCs Standing Panel:

To ensure timely processing, please submit your completed forms to the QASC (QF Level 4) Secretariat (aqss@hkbu.edu.hk) according to the above schedule. The lead time for completion of the whole process for uploading/updating of information on QR is normally three months.

* New sub-degree programmes and major changes to existing sub-degree programmes should have undergone the current QA framework (for QF Level 4 programmes) and/or the devolved QA procedures of the respective Sub-degree Providing Units (SDPUs) (for QF Levels 1-3 programmes) before submission for endorsement for upload to the QR (major changes include changes to title of programme, title of qualification, reference code, Qualifications Framework (QF) level, area of study & training, entry requirement, duration/contact hours, syllabus/course content, learning outcomes, operator, granting body, and other changes).
