Registration on Qualifications Register (QR) for Sub-degree Programmes
A. Schedule of Submission to Quality Assurance Sub-committees on Sub-degree Programmes (QASCs) Standing Panels - New Programmes and/or Major Changes to Endorsed Programmes*
The cut-off date for each cycle of submission is as follows:
February Cycle: 28 February
June Cycle: 30 June
October Cycle: 31 October
Completed forms should be submitted to the QASC (QF Level 4) Secretariat (aqss@hkbu.edu.hk) on/before the above cut-off dates. The lead time for each cycle from submission to uploading to the Qualifications Register (QR) will be around 4 months.

* New sub-degree programmes and major changes to existing sub-degree programmes should have undergone the current QA framework (for QF Level 4 programmes) and/or the devolved QA procedures of the respective Sub-degree Providing Units (SDPUs) (for QF Levels 1-3 programmes) before submission for endorsement for upload to the QR (major changes include changes to title of programme, title of qualification, reference code, Qualifications Framework (QF) level, area of study & training, entry requirement, duration/contact hours, syllabus/course content, learning outcomes, operator, granting body, and other changes).
