2.Certification of student status

Special Arrangement for 2020-21:

Please note that arrangement has been made with MTR that you are NOT required to bring your application form back to the campus for endorsement of your student status. 


You can download a letter certifying your student status from the BUniPort starting from 1 September 2020, and submit it together with your application form to MTR Customer Service Centre for processing.   


Steps to download the letter:

(i)      Login to your BUniPort account

(ii)    Click on Profile > My Profile > Personal and Profile > Study Record &

          Personal Particulars

(iii)   Click on the green button “Print Student Status Letter” at the bottom of

          the “Study Record & Personal Particulars” page

(iv)    The letter will be generated and available for download

3.Submission of completed application form (together with Student Status Certification Letter)

Except Airport Express stations, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Racecourse, Disneyland Resort, Sunny Bay, Wong Chuk Hang, Lei Tung and South Horizons stations
