Acceptance of Offer (via the JUPAS Office): 

9:00am, 9 August 2023 - 5:00pm, 10 August 2023

After the acceptance of your JUPAS offer, your study status will not be instantly reflected in BUniPort. Your study status is expected to be updated to "Offer Accepted" on 12 August 2023 after you have accepted the offer. 

 

Enrolment Procedures:

  1. Upload your digital photo via the Student Card Photo Upload System on or before 11 August 2023 (12:00 noon) for the issuance of student card.
  2. After receiving your HKBU student number (displayed in offer email), use it to activate your University Portal (BUniPort) and HKBU email account AT ONCE.  Please CHECK and UPDATE your personal particulars recorded in BUniPort.
  3. Check your Schedule of U-Life, Orientation and Course Pre-registration via the BUniPort.
  4. Students can register for the electronic student card (click here for more information and the User Guide) on the day their study status has been updated to "Offer Accepted".
  5. Attend the New Student Enrolment and collect your physical student card according to the schedule.
  6. Complete the Course Pre-registration exercise during 16 - 18 August 2023 according to the timeslot(s) assigned to you in the BUniPort.
  7. Attend the U-Life Workshops and Orientation by Faculty.
    (Details of these activities will be sent to you via email. Please check your newly activated HKBU account frequently for any updates.)
  8. Browse the Must Do Schedule in the New Student Orientation website to view other important and useful information for your study at HKBU.
