Master of Human Resources Management

This professional programme is designed for recent graduates who intend to pursue a professional career in human resources management. The programme will also benefit practicing human resources professionals who have little or no formal human resources management training or education, as well as line managers who seek an advanced education in the principles and practice of people management. Classes of this two-year programme are arranged at weekends, allowing students to better integrate work with study.

  HRM 7030 Human Resources Planning & Staffing 3 units
  HRM 7040 Training & Development 3 units
  HRM 7050 Performance Management 3 units
  HRM 7060 Compensation & Benefits 3 units
  HRM 7070 Employment Relations & Practices 3 units
  HRM 7110 Ethics in Human Resources Management 3 units
  HRM 7120 Human Resources Research Methods 3 units
  HRM 7130 Degree Project 3 units
         
II. Elective Courses 6 units
  Two of the following courses:  
  HRM 7080 Human Resources Management in the PRC 3 units
  HRM 7090 International & Comparative Human Resources Management 3 units
  HRM 7420 Employee Engagement & Well-being 3 units
