Minor Programme in China Business Studies (For Non-BBA Students)
 

Students seeking to pursue the study of a minor programme would need to fulfil 15 units of courses specified by the offering department/programme, and note that no registration priority will be given to enrolment in minor courses. Upon completion of the 15 units required for the minor programmes, students should apply to the Academic Registry for approval.

 
Requirements
 
Required Courses 12 units
  BUS 1630 The World of Business 3 units
  BUS 3210 Business Management in China 3 units
  ECON 1620 Basic Economic Principles 3 units
  ECON 2220 Foundations of Chinese Economy 3 units
 
Elective Courses 3 units
  One of the following courses:  
  BUS 2340 International Business 3 units
  BUS 3310 International Trade & Investment in China: Administration & Practice 3 units
  ECON 3710 China's Foreign Economic Relations & Trade 3 units
  HRM 3630 Human Resources Management in China 3 units
  MKT 3850 Marketing in China 3 units

        15 units
 

Students who have taken any of the above courses in their major programme have to take additional elective course(s) to fulfil the minor programme requirement.
