Energy is an issue of growing importance in our society. Sustainable developments hinge on our energy technologies and their sensible use. The four-year full-time BSc (Hons) in Green Energy Science aims at preparing students for a multidisciplinary career in the energy sector, which involves trainings in scientific principles, technology, and social sciences. The specific objectives are as follows:
| 1. | To provide students with a solid and broad foundation for the study of Energy Science including the generation, storage, and efficient use of energy. |
| 2. | To provide students with experimental and analytical skills for Energy Science. |
| 3. | To highlight the physical basis of various forms of energy technologies, especially those which are self-sustainable in nature. |
| 4. | To expose students to the socio-economic and environmental impacts of energy problem on our society. |
