Campus Access Control on the day of Commencement
For health and safety reasons, campus access control has been implemented. Please take note of the following important points:
- Each registered graduate can only bring TWO guests to the CAMPUS for no more than 4 hours on the day of the ceremony. Additional guests will be DENIED access AT THE CAMPUS ENTRANCE.
- THREE campus access QR codes (with a time limit of 4 hours) will be sent to registered graduates and guests in the week of November 8, 2021 via email.
- Those who fail to do online registration before the deadline of October 27, 2021 will be DENIED access at the campus entrance and hence will not be able to attend the ceremony. We will NOT entertain any ad-hoc registration on the event day.
