
Collection of Diploma
If you have not yet collected your diploma, you may come to collect it in person anytime during office hours of the Academic Registry or the Graduate School. You will be required to produce the HKID Card / Passport for verification purpose when collecting the document.

In case you cannot come to collect the diploma in person, please authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf. The person authorized to collect the diploma must present:
- his/her HKID Card/ Passport
- a copy of your HKID Card; and
- a completed ‘Authorization Form for Collection of Diploma’ (available at the Academic Registry homepage at https://ar.hkbu.edu.hk/graduate-services/records-of-studies/diploma; or the Graduate School homepage at https://gs.hkbu.edu.hk/current-students/taught-postgraduate-programmes/download-area/download-area-graduates); OR a letter of authorization (with your signature and student number) specifying the name of the person collecting the diploma. Letter that does not bear the name of the person collecting the diploma will not be accepted. Persons other than the one named in the authorization letter will not be allowed to collect the diploma.
The University will keep the diplomas for 3 years. The uncollected diplomas would be disposed of afterwards.
You may come to collect the diploma in person AFTER the Commencement ceremony from 16 November 2020 onwards. Diploma will NOT be available for collection before the official conferment of degree. Details are as follows:

Undergraduate Degree Programmes | Special Arrangement A centre for collection of diploma will be set up at Room 705, Academic and Administration Building, Baptist University Road Campus on 21 and 28 November 2020. The opening hours are as follows:

Regular Arrangement
You can collect the diploma on or after 16 November 2020 at the Academic Registry from Monday to Friday during office hours.
