IMPORTANT - Campus Access Control
To safeguard campus security, the University is setting up checkpoints at main entry / exit points on campus and at key buildings, and will implement the following access control measures commencing 13 January 2020 (Monday).
Current Students
Current students will have to present their student cards for checking at the campus entrance checkpoints for entering the Kowloon Tong campuses. If you have lost your student card, please report promptly to the Academic Registry (AR) for replacement.
Visitors
For most services provided by the AR, online applications are available. Please use the online service as far as practicable. If you need to come to the AR in person, pre-registration in advance is required. Please click HERE for pre-registration.
Please allow at least two working days for the AR to process your pre-registration. Once pre-registration is completed and approved, a one-time QR code will be sent directly to your email address. Kindly scan the QR code at the scanners installed at the designated campus entrance checkpoints during the registered timeslot.
The above measures will inevitably cause inconvenience to all members of the HKBU community and other visitors. We appeal to you for patience and cooperation in keeping our campuses safe and secure.
