Minor Programme in History
 

Students seeking to pursue the study of a minor programme would need to fulfil 15 units of courses specified by the offering department/programme, and note that no registration priority will be given to enrolment in minor courses. Upon completion of the 15 units required for the minor programmes, students should apply to the Academic Registry for approval.

  HIST 3205 Great Trends in Modern European History 3 units
  HIST 3206 History of Southeast Asia 3 units
  HIST 3216 Japan in the Twentieth Century 3 units
  HIST 3217 Nineteenth Century European History 3 units
  HIST 3225 Twentieth Century European History 3 units
  HIST 3305 China & Asia in the Twentieth Century 3 units
  HIST 4105 Chinese Women & Politics in Twentieth Century China 3 units
  HIST 4116 Intellectual Trends in Modern China 3 units
  HIST 4127 Social & Economic Development of Modern China 3 units
  HIST 4205 Origins of Western Imperialism 3 units
  HIST 4206 Overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia 3 units
