Students may collect the application form at Academic Registry Counter (Room 701, 7/F, Academic and Administration Building, Baptist University Road Campus). (Postgraduate students please collect the form at the Graduate School Counter at Room 904, 9/F, Academic and Administration Building, Baptist University Road Campus)

Please come to Academic Registry Counter for endorsement of student status during the period specified below: (Incoming exchange students please go to the International Office at Room 703, 7/F, Academic and Administration Building, Baptist University Road Campus) (Postgraduate students please go to the Graduate School Counter)

After endorsement, students may submit the endorsed application form to any MTR Customer Service Centre (except Airport Express stations, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Racecourse, Disneyland Resort and Sunny Bay stations).

Students may collect /activate their card according to their application submission date.

Applications submitted between Sep 1 & Oct 14, 2017:
Nov 15 - 24, 2017 at the distribution counter of the designated station/Light Rail Customer Service Centre you have selected in your application form.

Applications submitted between Oct 15 & Nov 5, 2017:
From Nov 27, 2017 onwards at the Concessionary Travel Office in Admiralty, Tai Wai or Siu Hong stations (located in the unpaid area).

Applications submitted from Nov 6, 2017 onwards:
1 month after submission of application at the Concessionary Travel Office in Admiralty, Tai Wai or Siu Hong stations (located in the unpaid area).

Students may renew their “Student Status” according to their application submission date.

Present their Personalised Octopus in person at any MTR Customer Service Centre (except Airport Express stations, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Racecourse, Disneyland Resort and Sunny Bay stations) from Oct 1, 2017 onwards.

Present their Personalised Octopus in person at any MTR Customer Service Centre (except Airport Express stations, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Racecourse, Disneyland Resort and Sunny Bay stations) from Oct 22, 2017 onwards.

Applications submitted on or after Oct 15, 2017:
Present their Personalised Octopus in person at any MTR Customer Service Centre (except Airport Express stations, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Racecourse, Disneyland Resort and Sunny Bay stations) 1 week after submission of application.

Failure to update your Octopus before 1 November 2017 will result in the full adult fare being deducted.
